La gamme \u00ab plaisance \u00bb des radeaux de survie HERO<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et d\u00e9sign\u00e9e en France<\/strong> suivant les particularit\u00e9s et les contraintes des normes ISO 9650<\/strong> et suivant la r\u00e9glementation exig\u00e9e par la Marine Marchande Fran\u00e7aise (M.M.F<\/strong>).
Chaque mod\u00e8le est con\u00e7u selon un cahier des charges et un dossier technique pr\u00e9cis. Un syst\u00e8me complet de gestion de la qualit\u00e9 permet de contr\u00f4ler chaque radeau lanc\u00e9 en production. Le RINA<\/strong> est mandat\u00e9 pour certifier et contr\u00f4ler nos radeaux de survie. Tous les mat\u00e9riaux sont choisis pour leur capacit\u00e9 pa prot\u00e9ger les passagers face aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments tout en cr\u00e9ant une zone de confort \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur du radeau.. Les radeaux de sauvetage HERO sont certifi\u00e9s D.G.M.M (Direcci\u00f3n general de la marina mercante). Des tests compl\u00e9mentaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en Espagne pour approuver le radeau HERO pour les navires de plaisance et de petite p\u00eache navigants sous pavillon Espagnol.<\/p>

L\u2019enveloppe est compos\u00e9e d\u2019un assemblage complexe entre un tissu et un rev\u00eatement caoutchouc double face<\/strong> afin d\u2019\u00e9viter tout probl\u00e8me de porosit\u00e9 dans le temps. L\u2019assemblage de l\u2019enveloppe Caoutchouc\/Tissus \/Caoutchouc est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par pressage des 3 composants suivi d\u2019un processus de vulcanisation \u00e0 chaud. La technologie utilis\u00e9e pour le pressage des couches permet d\u2019obtenir \u00e9paisseur et uniformit\u00e9 tout en conservant les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du caoutchouc.
